EXASOL an in-memory, MPP analytic database
We're looking into EXASOL, an in-memory, MPP
database focused on analytics. The long term future for much of the database analytic world
points to the cloud, and EXASOL supports Microsoft's Azure, Amazon's AWS, EXASOL's
own cloud offering and bigstep as well as on-site. Plus, for an onsite review, a free, fully
useable virtual machine version is offered. Over the course of the next few months, we'll be adding additional posts. Including such topics as: Data loading using SSIS and ROLAP.
